By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All entries must be received by the 31st October 2024 by 11:59pm. One winner will be selected at random from all entrants and will be notified by the 13th November 2024. 

Maccaruna Pasta Fresca will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled and will take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

The winner will be entitled to get a free bowl of pasta once a week (Monday to Thursday) for 12 consecutive months, starting from the date the winner is notified.

Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Maccaruna Pasta Fresca reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Maccaruna Pasta Fresca’s reasonable control, Maccaruna Pasta Fresca reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Maccaruna Pasta Fresca. Permission will be requested after the winner has been selected.
